As a Box Office Attendant at the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patrons attending various events. Your primary responsibilities will include opening and closing the ticket window during event hours, selling tickets, and assisting customers both in-person and over the phone. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle transactions accurately, ensuring that patrons have a smooth and enjoyable experience when purchasing tickets. You will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the ticketing operations at the venue.
This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$11.50

The Santander Arena, formerly known as the Sovereign Center first opened its doors in September of 2001. In the 20 years since then, it has hosted over 2,800 shows in a wide range of genres. The arena, which seats up to 8800 for concerts and 7200 for hockey, is home to the Reading Royals - the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers. Besides sporting events, the Santander Arena has hosted hundreds of concerts and other forms of entertainment targeted to all age ranges.
