Position Summary

We are currently hiring an Specialist, People Systems to join our People Systems team to support our HCM processes, employee audits, and assist with strategies to align support systems across the entire organization. This person will work closely with the Manager, People Systems and various departments (including Payroll), as well as, identify gaps/concerns for upgrading HR processes based on day to day activity.

 

This role will pay an annual salary of $65,000.00-$75,000.00.

 

For Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

 

This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of HR systems, including data entry, employee profile updates, and system task monitoring.

  • Assist in processing and troubleshooting employee and manager self-service (ESS/MSS) requests.

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

  • Help maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Assist with system testing and user feedback collection during upgrades or new feature rollouts.

  • Run standard HR reports and support basic reporting needs for stakeholders.

  • Coordinate onboarding system tasks, including new hire setups and access provisioning.

  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to troubleshoot issues and resolve data or workflow errors.

  • Provide support during go-live and post-deployment phases of system changes.

  • Participate in process improvement discussions and projects under the direction of the People Systems Manager.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, systems support, or data entry roles.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially iCIMS and/or ADP.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and lifecycle events (onboarding, job changes, terminations).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of HR systems or administrative experience.

  • Experience supporting teams in companies with 500+ employees.

  • Exposure to multi-state or international HR compliance is a plus.

  • Experience supporting or testing system implementations, upgrades, or process changes.
