Position Summary

Responsible for operating and overseeing the Casey’s Center pizza program, including the preparation and service of Casey’s pizzas. Manages product quality, food prep, ordering, and inventory. Provides leadership and training to concessions staff while ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health standards. Maintains efficient and consistent operations across all concession stands

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and train concessions and prep cooks to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Demonstrate and teach proper culinary techniques and food presentation standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all concession areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including product rotation, monthly counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality, fresh food products to guests.
  • Maintain a strong skill set in food preparation, service, and product delivery.
  • Report on any kitchen equipment maintenance needs to Concessions Managers promptly.
  • Enforce and maintain all state, local, and company sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure proper cooking and food safety compliance.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including transporting and delivering food and supplies.
  • Verify inventory levels before and after events for accuracy and accountability.
  • Fill in for any open positions as needed to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate performance issues to Concessions Managers in accordance with company policies.
  • Support Concessions Managers in preparing for upcoming events and operational needs.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and adherence to company attendance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Concessions Managers or the General Manager to support concession operations.

Qualifications

  • Age 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred, pizza making experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to read in the English language to effectively manage inventory and requisitions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.
