The Account Manager at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, under the Supervision of the Catering Sales Director, will be responsible for serving clients by selling catering products and fulfilling their needs for retail events and other catering functions.
The Account Manager will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding guest service; researching, fielding invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections. The Account Manager maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients. They will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with clients and vendors on assigned events. Must be available to assist with general catering operations as needed.
The Account Manager must be able to work a variable shift, including evenings and weekends, depending upon event requirements, to best serve our guests.
This role will pay an annual salary of $50,000-$55,000.

The Palm Beach County Convention Center is a multi-purpose facility in West Palm Beach, Florida, managed by the Oak View Group. The Center features a 100,000 square-foot exhibit hall, a 22,000 square-foot ballroom and 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, as well as connecting to the 400-room Hilton West Palm Beach.
