Position Summary

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized. They assist with restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and helping bartenders provide efficient service to guests.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00.

This position will remain open until April 6, 2025.

 

Responsibilities

  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes as needed.
  • Keep glassware, utensils, and bar tools clean and organized.
  • Ensure ice bins are filled and maintained throughout the shift.
  • Assist bartenders with retrieving and preparing ingredients.
  • Remove empty bottles, trash, and recyclables promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and mopping spills.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be of legal age to handle alcohol as per local regulations.
