The Cocktail Batcher is responsible for preparing large quantities of pre-mixed cocktails according to standardized recipes. They ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized batching station.

This role pays an hourly wage of $17.00

This position will remain open until April 6, 2025. 

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare batched cocktails according to recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all pre-mixed beverages.
• Properly label and store batched cocktails for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching area.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of restocking needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist bartenders with replenishing batched cocktails as needed.

• Experience in bartending, cocktail batching, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology, and ingredient proportions.
• Attention to detail to ensure consistency in batching.
• Ability to lift and handle large containers of liquid.
• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on state regulations).
• TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
