Position Summary

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels for all food & beverage operations within Allegiant. This role involves scheduling, recruiting, and coordinating employees to ensure smooth game-day and event operations.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $24.00 to $27.00

This position will remain open until June 6, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Create, manage, and update schedules for all F&B staff, ensuring adequate coverage for events and game days.

  • Staffing Needs: Work closely with department managers to determine staffing requirements and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, including unionl and part-time employees.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding scheduling, availability, and shift changes.

  • Attendance & Compliance: Monitor employee attendance, track call-outs, and enforce stadium and company policies related to timekeeping and attendance.

  • Liaison Role: Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies, union representatives (if applicable), and HR to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Event Preparation: Work with managers to confirm staffing plans and execute any last-minute staffing changes to meet operational demands.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of schedules, shift changes, employee availability, and payroll-related data.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or human resources within the hospitality, F&B, or event industry.
  • Experience working in a stadium, arena, or large event venue is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., HotSchedules, Kronos, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the stadium event schedule.
  • Familiarity with union regulations and staffing agency coordination is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
