The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels for all food & beverage operations within Allegiant. This role involves scheduling, recruiting, and coordinating employees to ensure smooth game-day and event operations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $24.00 to $27.00

This position will remain open until June 6, 2025.
Scheduling & Coordination: Create, manage, and update schedules for all F&B staff, ensuring adequate coverage for events and game days.
Staffing Needs: Work closely with department managers to determine staffing requirements and adjust schedules as needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, including unionl and part-time employees.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding scheduling, availability, and shift changes.
Attendance & Compliance: Monitor employee attendance, track call-outs, and enforce stadium and company policies related to timekeeping and attendance.
Liaison Role: Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies, union representatives (if applicable), and HR to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Event Preparation: Work with managers to confirm staffing plans and execute any last-minute staffing changes to meet operational demands.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of schedules, shift changes, employee availability, and payroll-related data.
