Position Summary

The CRM Analyst will assist and lead CRM initiatives in the areas of ticket sales and memberships by providing CRM customizations and optimization across reporting, analysis, sales campaign, lead generation, and maintaining an evolving data structure within the CRM ecosystem. This role will be heavily involved in analyzing customer data, creating and organizing reports, and providing actionable insights to drive and enhance the customer experience within our arenas and memberships. 

 

This role pays an annual salary of $70,000 to $85,000.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy. 
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track customer interactions and business performance. 
  • Assist sales, marketing, and client success teams through data insights and improvements to the CRM ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with the entire Revenue Operations team to develop curated audiences and distribution of leads to the staff. 
  • Assist in data integrity through CRM and other data integrations.  
  • Create documentation and training material for CRM processes and workflows for multiple stakeholders within OVG.  

Qualifications

  • Preferably a degree in business or technical field (i.e., Business Administration, Business Systems, Information Technology) 
  • 1-2 years CRM administration experience (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Sugar); preferably Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator 
  • Appreciation of governance, adherence to DevOps processes, and preference to pursue best practices and remain declarative before code 
  • Familiarity with or exposure to marketing automation processes and tools (i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo) 
  • Highly analytical, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and work ethic 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and consistently meet hard deadlines 
  • Desire and willingness to learn
