Position Summary

As a Concession Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently. This includes organizing the arrival of staff, NPO groups, subcontractors, and more. The Concessions Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for verifying accurate inventory counts and inputting data into inventory software system. The Concessions Administrative Assistants will report directly to the Concessions Managers.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate between $16 to $18.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates training schedules for NPOs and delivers training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation.
  • Ensure NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers, OVG employees, and subcontractors
  • Schedule and supervise NPO groups on event days at Chase Stadium
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts
  • Prepares all security badges and credentials necessary for event day
  • Check out staff, NPO, and employees post event
  • Verify accurate inventory counts
  • Input stand sheet inventory into inventory software

Qualifications

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with Non-profit groups 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite  
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Basic math skills
