Assist our OVG Media & Conference staff in preparing and executing Pollstar Live! 2025 and the Oak View Group Leadership Conference. This is a temporary part-time position with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in event and conference management, particularly within the live entertainment industry.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $17.50

Starts Sunday February 16th and ends Thursday February 20th
Key responsibilities include assisting attendees with purchasing and picking up their conference credentials, providing information on panels and locations, verifying and scanning attendee badges for entry and exit in panel rooms, supporting the setup and maintenance of panel rooms and addressing panelists' needs, assisting with load-in and load-out logistics, serving as the first point of contact for attendee inquiries and issues, and escalating concerns to senior staff as necessary, along with other duties as assigned.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to articulate information clearly to attendees. Adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively under guidance and in high-pressure situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including attendees, panelists, and staff regarding pertinent conference information. A foundational knowledge of the live entertainment industry is preferred.
