We are seeking a dedicated and professional Food and Beverage/Operations Assistant General Manager to join our team at a premier private high school for elite athletes. This role will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in overseeing all food and beverage operations across campus, including the main cafeteria (meals included in student meal plans), five on-campus restaurant franchises (not included in the meal plan), and concession areas for football and baseball events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food operations and employee relations and will be responsible for enforcing policies, creating and implementing standards and procedures, managing budgets, and supporting overall staff management. This position requires open availability and a commitment to ensuring top-quality service and efficient operations across all campus dining venues.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule, which includes evenings, nights and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 and is bonus eligible.
