The Talent Team Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and University Relations departments through hands on learning and training. Time will be spent learning about the Sports and entertainment industry and the foundational support the TALENT Team provides through understanding of employee development, training, brand building and recruiting.

This internship pays an hourly rate of $21.

The ideal candidate will:

• Gain insight into strategies supporting recruitment efforts
• Support the creation of training documents
• Provide insight into the college campus experience to support our continued relationship building with universities
• Participate in regular meetings to understand the needs of a global organization
• Shadow department leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Actively enrolled college student
• Preferred major in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication
• Proficiency using Canva and/or other design tools
• Ability to visit local venues as needed
• Ability to multitask with confidence
• Proficiency with PC/Windows computers with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook (PowerPoint is a plus)
