OVG seeks a skilled, motivated and reliable individual to fill the full-time position(s) of Housekeeping/Set-Up Worker for the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Under direct supervision from a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, Housekeeping/Setup Workers perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as assigned. Other duties include, but are not limited to, operating various types of cleaning equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts and scrubbers. In the absence of a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, Housekeeping/Setup Workers may receive instruction from a Housekeeping/Setup Manager, Director of Operations, Event Manager or Manager on Duty.
This role will pay $18.00 per hour.

The Greater Richmond Convention Center is the largest meeting & exhibition venue in the Commonwealth of Virginia with 178,159 sq. ft. of contiguous Exhibit Hall space, a 30,550 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom and 50,000 sq. ft. of additional Meeting Room space. The facility is centrally located in Virginia in the Capital City of Richmond nestled between the Blue Ridgte Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
