The Finance Manager performs and manages accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities for OVG Hospitality at Footprint Center.

 This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $75,000.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2024

• Leads the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, budget, and accounting
• Prepares and performs or assists with event settlements
• Prepares and performs bank reconciliations
• Manages accounts receivable processes
• Assists with the preparation of all financial reporting, including:
• Financial statements for the Client and OVG Corporate, and other financial reports, including monthly statements, Annual Budget and Annual Report
• Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses
• Verifies and checks the accuracy of general ledger coding
• Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies
• Prepares and analyzes information for financial statements and reports
• Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues
• External audit materials. Works with auditors in verifying financial information/procedures
• Reviews financial statements with management personnel

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university;
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in public accounting and/or financial management at a supervisory level
• Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite preferred, or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability
• Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, in addition to normal business hours
• Must have professional attitude and appearance
