The Concessions Coordinator (CC) is responsible for supporting the Concessions Manager(s) with organization, communication, and management of the Concessions Department. Responsibilities include inventory controls, product ordering, training new employees, compliance with alcohol service polices, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned by the Concession Manager(s).
The CC must be able to provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth operation of the Concessions Department. The CC will act as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of a Concessions Manager with regard to day-to-day operations. The CC will actively and independently oversee all aspects of employee relations as required to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a varied, event-driven schedule including consistent evenings and weekends.
This role pays an hourly wage of $20 to $25.
