The Finance Director plans and directs all aspects of financial, accounting, and internal control functions at the McCormick Place Convention Center/Wintrust Arena by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors. The Finance Director directly supervises the accounting staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with OVGs policies and applicable laws.
This role will pay a salary of $110,000 to $130,000.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in the Finance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with OVG and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
