Our BIG FLAVOR and BIG FOOD is the CENTER of our Restaurants and the Big Chicken brand.
As a LINE COOK you have the power to MAKE OUR GUEST'S DAY by giving them an INCREDIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE.
The PRIDE YOU TAKE in the way you PREPARE and PRESENT our food can CHANGE SOMEONE'S DAY… it can either make it better or worse.
We've all had that moment where your food was prepared clumsily, and as a result, you end up with mustard or mayo on your shirt. Or when your favorite dish doesn't taste the same as the last time because one or more of the ingredients were prepared wrong because the Prep Recipe wasn't followed. Talk about putting you in a bad mood.
We never want this to be the BIG CHICKEN GUEST EXPERIENCE. TAKE EVERY SHOT to MAKE THEIR DAY A SLAM DUNK!

Shaquille’Neal’s Big Chicken eatery is coming to Philadelphia
The fast-casual eatery specializing in big sandwiches has a food hall location on the way in April at the Comcast Center's concourse.
Big Chicken, the fast-casual eatery backed by NBA retiree Shaquille O’Neal, will open its first Pennsylvania location, likely in April, in the Concourse at Comcast Center, the food hall beneath Comcast’s HQ at 1701 JFK Blvd. It will operate 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays
OVG Hospitality, part of sports and entertainment company Oak View Group, will oversee operations at this new location. Brûlée Catering, OVG’s local catering arm, will manage day-to-day operations, just as it had started with Top Chef Quickfire. The Shaq connection was easy, said Ken Gaber, OVG Hospitality’s president, since Big Chicken locations are open at OVG-managed arenas in Seattle, Palm Springs, Tempe, Austin, and Baltimore.
