Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.


This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 to $27.

  • Handles incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently as directed.
  • Maintain and organize confidential personnel files.
  • Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and supervisors.
  • Assists with preparing copies, folders, and onboarding documents and materials.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • 2+ years of experience working in hospitality
  • Ability to communicate, train and lead team members
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs Word, Excel etc
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
