The Manager, Parking & Mobility will be responsible for leading, developing and managing parking and transportation operations for the American Bank Center Complex. This individual will also develop operational strategies to ensure an exceptional experience for employees and guests while generating positive financial returns and supporting the goals and objectives of our Clients and the department. The role will work with stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic parking plan utilizing industry best practices. This position requires a leader who can provide innovation in the development, planning, and implementation of our parking and mobility strategies. The Manager, Parking & Mobility reports directly to the General Manager, Operations.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $80,000.

OVG Parking & Mobility services is the industry leader in optimizing operations, improving guest experience and driving revenue for venue and mixed-use parking operations. The Manager, Parking & Mobility will be assigned to the American Bank Center, an entertainment complex located in Corpus Christi, Texas which includes an auditorium, convention center and arena. The facility hosts numerous conventions, trade shows, exhibitions, live performances and sporting events. It is home to the Corpus Christi IceRays Tier II Jr. A ice hockey team and the Texas A&M–Corpus Christi Islanders men's and women's NCAA basketball teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (including, but not limited to…)
3-5 years of experience in parking/transportation management, event management preferred.
Knowledge of parking revenue management systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have the ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Valid driver license required.
