Overview

Acrisure Arena is seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to be part of its new Acrisure Arena Ambassador Program.  These part-time positions play a crucial role in building brand awareness of Acrisure Arena and Berger Foundation Iceplex, fostering connections in the community, and collecting valuable data to inform our initiatives.

 

Compensation:

$20/hr

Acrisure Arena

America’s hottest music festival destination finally has the world-class arena it deserves. Now open, the brand new Acrisure Arena provides the greater Palm Springs area of Southern California with a premiere 11,000+ capacity venue hosting the biggest artists and acts on the planet. We are #TheCoolestSpot in the desert, designed specifically for hockey and made for concerts, Acrisure Arena provides top-tier hospitality, artist amenities, and all of the benefits of a modern music and sports venue to the Coachella Valley.

Responsibilities

Collateral Distribution

  • Distribute promotional materials in strategic locations within Coachella Valley and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure that collateral is effectively placed to reach target demographics and maximize visibility. 
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinate replenishment when needed.

 

Community Event Support

  • Promote Arena and Iceplex at a variety of local community events and initiatives.
  • Transport, set-up and break down event materials at designated locations, including tents, visual displays, promotional banners, and giveaway items.
  • Interact with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our Arena and Iceplex and upcoming shows and programs.
  • Distribute promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise, to increase awareness and drive interest in our events.
  • Conduct engaging activities, such as giveaways, sweepstakes, and interactive games, to collect data and retain attendee attention.

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Complete and present monthly reports that provide an overview of key metrics of our outreach efforts, focusing on tracking collateral distribution, data collection, and level of engagement at community events.  

 

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a positive and authentic ambassador for our organization, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our brand in public-facing roles.
  • Uphold our brand standards and messaging guidelines in all outreach and communication efforts.
  • Attend required trainings and monthly check-in meetings to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing or similar.
  • Experience in event set-up and/or sales.  
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with the public.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is desirable.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs. 

Working Conditions:

  • Intermittent Travel (<90% travel).
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, evenings and holidays required.
