Overview

  • This is a part time seasonal position, primarily between the months of May through October.
  • This position will usually work between the hours of 1030pm and 6am (fluid time frame).
  • This position will work along side third party custodial staff.
  • Reports to Operatons Managers and Director of Operations.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $20.00.

About the Venue

This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $24.00. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleaning up and resetting venue after concerts/events.  This could be picking up and putting chairs away, getting chairs out and setting them up,  or straightening existing chair set. 
  • Responsible for cleaning floors, grandstands, plaza, dressing rooms and restrooms after concert/events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or related trade school training; valid driver’s license; and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with guests, vendors, staff, and other facility users.
  • Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual and have strong customer service.
  • Be a self-starter; have ability to take directions; and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in varying weather conditions.

 

Physical Demands:

 

  • Requires frequent walking/standing (possibly uneven surfaces), climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, working in cramped positions reaching, pushing, pulling, driving, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
  • Good eye and hand coordination and reflexes for the safe operation of equipment.
  • Good visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.

 

Work Environment:

 

  • This position requires work inside and/or outside of the building, as needed by events and is subjected to changing climate and adverse weather conditions.
  • The worker is subjected to noise. Noise levels will vary depending on job task and events in the building.
