Overview

As a Customer Service Representative you will be working directly with the customer to answer general inquiries, address concerns, and assist with requests and services. Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success. 

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and building rapport with guests
  • Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
  • Appraise and buy-in merchandise
  • Answering customer questions

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • A love for and experience in the game of golf
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
