Overview:

OVG’s Business Development Team is responsible for all capital inflows and outflows of OVG. Detailed examples of responsibilities of the BD team include sourcing and execution of new real estate projects and M&A opportunities, in addition to strategic guidance and portfolio optimization initiatives across OVG’s portfolio of assets. The BD Team is comprised of ex-investment bankers and lawyers that have worked within the field of live entertainment. This job posting is for both an entry-level analyst graduating from college and candidates with 1-2 years of experience out of college.

• Use Microsoft Excel to build financial models which can be used to evaluate new projects, potential M&A’s, and other strategy assignments and provide recommendations to senior management based on prepared analysis’
• Create investment and strategic materials using Microsoft Powerpoint to be shared with key project stakeholders including investors, rating agencies and Lenders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on strategic assignments
• Respond to diligence requests from external third parties as part of the financing process for new and existing projects

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proven track record in university studies required
• Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel including ability to use VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, INDEX, MATCH and nested IF statements
• Solid understanding of the three financial statements, debt structures, time value of money and bond math
• Ability to build a pro-forma model and analyze businesses based on key performance indicators and financial metrics
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise way while also being visually appealing  
• Strong writing skills including the ability to craft short form and long form documents including memos, presentations and CIMs
• Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
