Overview

The Mullins Center Marking Intern, will assist the General Manager and Box Office Manager in marketing efforts to better promote the venue and its events. The position will also help in game day exacution and promotion

 

This role will pay an hourly wage of $32.66 to $34.

Responsibilities

  • Social media responsibilities. Monthly up keep of content and planning calendar for the building; Building Mullins Center brand/image
  • Keeping track of what other buildings are doing to keep people engaged.
  • Mullins Center Annual report; updating attendance counts; local contacts, research radio, news, tv contacts
  • Helping out with Mullins Center events
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Understanding of key marketing and/or public relations concepts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
