Assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner with purchasing artist and show merchandise at concerts and events.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.

The Ford Idaho Center is the premier Multi-Event Complex in the Pacific Northwest. Attend a concert, convention, sporting event, trade show, or an equestrian show, and you will be treated to a first-class experience.
Helps setup/tear down merch stand with other sellers.
Maintains accurate counts when selling merch and handling cash.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; friendly, courteous & respectful with patrons, staff and tour representatives.
Works well under pressure; able to get patrons through lines quickly and efficiently with loud noise from concerts and shows.
Team player; able to work well with a team of merch sellers in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors during summer amphitheater season in hot weather.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Box office, retail sales or customer service background preferred

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle and count money, run credit cards, and sell t-shirts, hats, other artist merchandise. Specific vision abilities required by this position includes close vision.

Ability to use an iPad & credit card swiper to track sales transactions

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work flexible hours; daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
