The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and the management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.

The Prep Cook assists in preparing and production of food for the venue at catered functions. Responsible for set-up, sanitation, cleaning and closing of workstation area. Employees will work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event based schedule.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $17.00.

Perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building and landscaping. Overnight hours can be expected on occasion.

Housekeeping is responsible for the continuous cleaning of the facility, as well as keeping the environment safe and hazard free for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff. They are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready to go for all events and presentable at all times.
